Your 30-minute in-person review only works if Manish has already been through your numbers. The sooner he has them, the better the analysis.
Give him view-only access to your accounting file now — two minutes:
You use Xero
- In Xero, click your business name, top left, then Settings → Users
- Click Invite a user and enter manish@businessgrowthhq.com.au
- Set the role to Read only and send
You use MYOB
- In MYOB, go to Settings → Users
- Add a user with the email manish@businessgrowthhq.com.au
- Give a role without admin access — Accountant or Bookkeeper if offered — and send the invite
You use QuickBooks
- In QuickBooks Online, click the gear icon → Manage users
- Open the Accountants tab and enter manish@businessgrowthhq.com.au
- Send the invite
You use spreadsheets or something else
- Send Manish what you already have — a read-only file from whatever platform you use, or your spreadsheets
- His email will tell you exactly where to send it
I use a different one
Xero
- Business name, top left, then Settings → Users
- Invite a user, enter manish@businessgrowthhq.com.au
- Role Read only, send
MYOB
- Settings → Users, add manish@businessgrowthhq.com.au
- Role without admin access, send the invite

Spreadsheets or something else
- Send Manish a read-only file from your platform, or your spreadsheets — his email says where
Manish's email covers this too — but the file needs to reach him at least 48 hours before you meet, and every day earlier is a deeper analysis.
- Your 30-minute meeting, in person, gets booked 2 to 5 business days out, around the times you flagged.
- The meeting is spent on decisions, not gathering numbers — but only if your file reached us first.
